Do you want to draw in more customers and bring in more business? Maybe you have been a coach for a long time and your practice does not have the number of clients you want or maybe you are just starting out and you want to attract a larger client base. Here are a few practical tips to help you on your way! 1. Check Your Beliefs Beliefs underpin your behaviour. Check what you believe about getting new clients. Do you think it is extremely difficult? Have you seen somebody else fail at it? When you are done reading this article, take a pen and paper and take a note of at least 3 people you know that have recently started a new business and have a successful client base. This will help you to believe that if they can do it, so can you! 2. Make The Most Of Network Opportunities In order to get clients, you must meet new people. This is way harder then it sounds! Take a look at how you naturally meet people. What clubs or organizations are you involved with and make the most of these meetings. Do some research and see if there are any local networking business meetings in your area. If there are not, why not start one to get to meet other business people in your area. 3. Stay In Touch When you meet and connect with someone, you naturally and easily create a lasting bond that could result in a client. Even if they never become a client, you never know how mutually beneficial that relationship could be so keep in touch with that person. 4. Trust Coaching is a relatively new business, so some people are wary of paying for something that they know nothing about. It is important that you build trust with your clients and also within your locality. The more presence you have within your locality, the more people will begin to trust you. Your level of trust can serve, or hinder, the whole process. The more you understand trust, the more you will enable the whole process to flow.
